Reviewz..........

Well… unfortunately, my dad went sick (flu…) so we had duty roster of going to the shop to replace our dad… our little shop went thru some ‘change’, that is the queue number that both customers and our workers held… I tot this was a good idea… to think that this was introduced by our OWN worker… WOW… I tink this system helps to eliminate some bias-ism somehow… I mean.. usually, when there’s a customer coming in, we’d CALL one worker n somehow usually we call the ‘same’ workers or calling irregularly… so, this time, each customer tat went in wld b given a queue number.. Any workers holding to that same number, would be responsible to that customer… Itz great to see some changes.. not a radical one yet.. but I tot this wld be a beginning to other changes.. hehe… Im yet to apply my knowledge of Project Management in managing Change =p heuheuhuehuheuerauwi

One of the days, I’d stay late at the shop, one of the days, we’d go home for lunch or after lunch… in any ways, im pampered with loadza Comic books from my sis… she’s doing some ‘business’ lending out comic books to only selected people :p hehe… itz becoz she and I doesn’t want my books (the older ones) and her books (newer ones) to become ‘bungkus kacang’ aka ‘rusak’… itz true tat many people wants to borrow her books… but she selectively lend it to her trusted friends.. :p hehehe…

Next, we have vcds to last us through the month… truly.. this time, my life revolves around comics, vcds, and piano ‘lesson’ hehe… hm.. let’z have some comic books reviews!!!!!

1. For the Rose… nice story... the story is about an ‘ugly’ n fat girl, who lived with her granma at girls’ hostel.. when granma died, she was told tat her mum was actually alive… her mum was actually a famous actress who had 4 husbands and numerous affairs… so she went to her mum’s house, shocked by her new-found ‘half-siblings’ that all were from different dads… first daughter was a very cool character, second son was a blue-eyed boy whom she got crushed on first time seeing him on TV, fourth son was a PRETTY boy with long hair, who ALSO got a crushed on his brother (hombreng…. Ember…)

It is said that everyone didn’t see her as ‘sister’ in the beginning, and that she was treated as house maid… but as years passed by, they began to realize that there’s more to a person than good looks itself… I tink this book has deep meaning… can try reading it hehehe… well she’s actually NOT related to the family at all.. but half-sister to the 4th son… confusing eh? Better by n read the book… worth reading, I think hehehe

2. Oh my darling… quite sucky -_-‘ tiring to read… maybe the moral of this story is TRUE LOVE… but u know… like watching stairways to heaven… miaka n tamahome… n many other shows that SHOWS too much on TRUE LOVE.. makes people sick -_-‘… this story is about a girl who needed to get married (as usual, granpa’s dying wish).. she chose SHINPEI, her old neighbour, protector, n long-time crush (SO TYPICAL!)… he teaches at her school, n loadza things happen in their life.. blablabla…. N that girl is so utterly selfish and irritating, dumb and quite idiotic… I think the author wants to show how a GIRL matures when she got married? But PLEASEEEEE it bores me to death… the only good thing about this comic is the super cute n ever understanding SHINPEI…. Haiz…

3. Random walk… Quite an impossible story too -_-‘ HAIZZZZ about a girl, who wants to experience love, and then, she welcomes ‘love’ and lets it go easily… in the end, shez with her step-bro -_-‘ quite dumb……

4. Mint-na bokura… VERY FUNNY can try reading it… itz about a pair of twins, boy-girl… noel and maria.. maria was in luv with her teacher tat she decides to change school when her teacher moves out… Noel, wanted to bring maria back, decides to join that school too.. but there wasn’t any vacancies for boys.. so he had to pretend to be a girl… in the new school, noel got close to sasa, a cool but distant guy… sasa, didn’t like girls, changed his mind when he met ‘noel’ (as a girl..)… as for maria, she experiences ups and downs in relationships too.. she learns how to handle her feelings, while Noel needs to deal with ‘noel’ (to his new friends, as a girl) and Noel (to his old classmates, as himself) and toohru (to the new friends, as a boy)… worth reading… u will get quite a loadza laughters

5.epotoransu! Mai… by watase yuu... watase yuu gitchew loch! Hehe… shez got loadza ideas, eh?! This time, itz about a girl, owning a PDA (something like tat) when she accidentally typed ‘epotoransu’, an electronic guy appeared and call her MASTER.. he could make her change her forms, advices her and even could appear in real world but untouchable… he helps her to convey her love to the guy she likes… and ofcoz, as usual, there’s a ‘rival’.. her rival owns a PDA and knew the password ‘epotoransu’ too.. she masters an electronic girl… blablabla n blablabla… read it for urself…….!!!

6. Appare jipangu… another watase yuu’s comic… this one is so very comical.. the setting is during EDO era… a girl, owning ‘pedang kesedihan’ tat gains itz power from sadness from people, she goes on a journey to make people to realize their sins (tat cause sadness)…. During the journey, she meets a be-spectacled guy who makes her realize tat she’s a girl after-all, a ninja… n some others…

7. waltz in white… same author as ‘the other marionette’… I like the drawings… storyline quite different… setting : Japan during modernization era… the main character, believes that WALTZING in white with a guy for the first time, he will be her soul-mate… Tatz sagit, an Indian-english man, who is sought after as criminal… she was actually already betrothed to a Japanese lieutenant which has strict family background… n blablablabla

8. 1 / 2 engaged… storyline quite good, light and funny… akihi’s dad had to go overseas for his work and cant go peacefully if he doesn’t see akihi married off well… juz when akihi wants to escape the ‘perjodohan’, she met kakeru, who was making his own movie and looking for a girl to star his movie.. when she said she cant, becoz she gota find a husband, he offered himself to be 1/2 husband.. as he was not yet 18, they’re engaged… first book is 1/ 2 engaged, second book 1/ 2 wedding, third 1/ 2 ceremony, lastly, 1/ 2 honeymoon… hehe… quite fun to read… drawing-wise, not ‘mature’ looking characters… itz more of like ‘saint-tail’ or ‘chobits’… cute types…..

9. angel’s lip… this one, about a girl, saving her parents’ small modeling company… she could overcome her childhood trauma when she applies ‘ANGELS’ LIP’… a lipstick tat could change aura and confidence… rating…. Er…… no comment yet….. hehehe

10 your white wing, your dark wing… quite a unique story… white wing, stories about angels who fetch good spirits to heaven, while dark wing, stories about devils (iblis) fetching souls to be brought to hell… I think dark wing has more impact… it shows how devils also hav their own dilemma when fetching people they ‘like’ to hell…. Try reading it… quite nice…

11. heaven… read for urself… =p juz that the main character guy’s hair is darn cool… black hair, with shades of blue…. KYAAAAAAAAA hahaha…. :p

12. release… guy’s comic tatz quite cool n complicated… has no end -_-‘ dun quite understand…… but itz a VERY unique story… about TOKYO as a separate ‘city’ from JAPAN… JAPAN was very poor, while Tokyo was very modernized, no kidz around… criminal rates were very high, their criminals could use technologies like IVP (invisibility), etc… their hero is ‘nightmare’, a group of skillful KIDS….
