holiday!!!!

yeaipz.. 2nd day of holiday... but it doesnt feel like a holiday at all -__-'!!

Friday last week, i went to NTU's piano ensemble, entitling 'liebestraume' which means dreams of love... the pianists were playing enchanting piano pieces that made my mind float while my eyes glued to their fingers... GOSH!! i juz realized that my 'weak fingers' ie little finger and ring finger CANT play as fast as they do... geez... classical pianists are sooooooooo kkeeeewwwlllll!!!! huehuehuehuee!!!

wait2... let's pause n rewind.... i went there with moja from NTU.. then met panda, wihu's fren tat'z entrusted to my care for that evening.... then met mojo (maurice) huehuee... i found out on Josh's bdae that HE plays classical songs WITHOUT being able to read notes.. :S scary..... classical songs without ability to read notes? that's almost impossible to believe.. but then again... maurice is an unexceptionally bright person isnt he? well2... then i asked him whether he wants to come for the concert n he said yes! hueheue.. wel he's supposed to ask jon sim along too.. but jon sim is apparently having a hot head over something *must have got to do with me n eli's visit* last week... but im nt sure wad made him angry... O_o'!!!

ogh well.. side track lagi degh O_o'! heuheuheue.. then... since sbass had nt reached yet, we decided to go in first to get some seats.... it was DOUBLED last year's audience i must assure you! haha.. we were sitting 2nd from front at the other end of stage.. so yea... could only see the back of pianists and a little of their hands when they play higher or lower notes.... other than that? their backs lorr.... :D when the pianists are lady, we can see the back of their gowns, their graceful hands n curves.. when the pianists are guys?? only the back of their shirt.. not much to see... hahaa... :D... well... while last year the recital studio was only decorated with one piano at the centre of the stage, this year they scattered white n rose petals around the piano and some candles here n there outlining the piano's shadow... admit it..... it DID create an atmosphere as elegant n romantic... plus their powerpoint slides at the background shows some 'romantic' places while the pianists play their pieces....

have i said this before? NTU's piano ensemble creates a high class.. elegant feeling when u step into the studio.. unlike the strings ensemble.. huehuee... n the performers DO know the way to bring out the atmosphere.....

next.... the panda guy, who was entrusted to me, said 'egh ntar klu gwa ketiduran bangunin yagh'... TOWEW... wad is wihu tinking asking panda to come when he knows he wun appreciate classical music... huehuee.. classical could be boring, i admit.. :p huehuee.. however, luckily he survived and he said that itz not so torturous and he even complimented that its good... im almost sure he's talking about vanessa wee, with her piece La Campanella... I think itz the MOST awesome piece the whole evening...!!! man..... i envy her.... *.* try to get the song and IMAGINE how to play it... O_o'! i think u'll find difficulties even for imagining it... :p n believe me... that lady played it FLAWLESSLY! o_O"!

then we all went to marina square for late dinner... while waiting for eleta n her fren to join us.. she went to watch children choir :p! huehuee.. expected of her.. hahaa... after that, i joined marlin n meiyi for dessert.... yummie.. thx hor! hahaa...

wait2... wad did i miss?? oh yes!!! GRET'S ARRIVAL! heuheuhee.. she came on friday itself..! =p but went out for dinner with her frenz..... :D


so saturday is the day dedicated to gret... *n sunday too*.. hehe.. we r all supposed to meet at 2.30pm in town.. but knowing us, its probably == 3.30pm.. i told qkho so.. :p then... gret DIDNT come back till 3 or 4... :p then when she came back, it was going to rain O_o' so it was again delayed... then andy smsed that he couldnt make it for the 'early dinner' (we're meeting at 5 for dinner with andy ACTUALLY) then it gave us more excuse not to come out of the house... then yanto callled saying he wanted to come along for dinner.. so we said after he finished bathing tell us so tat we can also come out of the house n meet them at bkt btk or something.... but he didnt call until 5.45... *WE'RE to meet qkho at SIX at lavender* -___-""""!!!

okay... as a summary.... we reached there at 6.30-7.... :p! huehueheuheuheuheue... but eniweiz, dinner was good n relatively cheap, yea? :D unknowingly, qkho has to go back oredi.. n yanto said he's going to clarke quay.. so we all "tumpang" his taxi to clarke quay, thinking of taking 190 back home.. but clarke quay has changed so much that it lured us to go have a walk under the night sky *cie..*... haha... oh man.. itz COOL!! try going there at night... the lights the place the atmosphere.. its almost NOT singapore... :p huehuheue.. so we took a few pics there... lastly, we took in front of this japanese restaurant where we put marlin's camera on top of the tall table meant for menu .... :p!

before we went to sleep, gret persuaded all of us to drink the shot she brought us.. itz NICEEEEEEEEE hueheuheue........... there's day, there's night, the 6th day * i mean saturday..* im tired........ -___-' i'l blog the rest later or tomorrow... :p!
