First paper..

A Tough first paper is enough to kill your mood for the rest of the exam period... i definitely HAD that last semester, which, one very nice teacher keep assuring us that his paper would be easy.. n it turns out.. its NOT wad i expected..



However, today or rather, this semester, i felt really really lucky *well there's no such thing as luck, hehe* that i took simulation =] Each past exam papers are almost the exact replica of the previous years.. Thx GOD!! =]



Tuesday night, I had slept quite early.. about 9? coz I had a super filling dinner (including a big chunk of wijen's bdae cake.. yes.. i think i ate the most of that bdae cake O_O).. n i asked my 2 housemates to wake me up at 10 *to cntinue study*.. but they didnt.. until I woke up by myself hm.. abt 11? or 12..? n since it was already so late.. i wanted to get back to sleep..



But i found quite a hard time sleeping coz i tot i would not hav enough time (only wednesday? 24 hours? or maybe only 12 hours?) to review the whole course with venny, learn the concepts i did not know, run through tutorial, do past year.... oh man.. it's enough to make me go back to the desk n study.. =p n within few hours, i managed to do 3 exam papers... it was like WOW!! never in my whole life i ever attempted exam papers alone... and managed to do it XD... whew.. so happy =]



Finally went back to sleep around 4 =p.. yesterday, i reviewed in NTU with venny.. amazingly, surprisingly, the Hall 15 lounge, which i had already expected that it would be really packed with kiasu people, seemed empty O_o'... n those who were there are indos.. (even tho i duno them, ofcoz)..



It was really enlightening yesterday =p hehe.. venny cleared almost everything of the concept which i had a hard time understanding n i resorted only to memorizing blindly.. however.. thx to her, i managed to learn few more things... i even learnt the theory yesterday!! haha.. *usually i dun learn theory.. coz its just crapping skills.. but apparently, simulation, u need to memorize the craps*...



I did the same thing last night.. i went back almost by 9... bathed and straight away hit the bed.. well i could not sleep =.=; insomnia attack O_o... n i was quite surprised that wijen was back from the gym n chatting with rina outside.. n was like giving some 'tips' to study XD *finally he went to the bathroom to have a quick shower*..



Eniweiz.. it proves that lecture notes is the BEST BEST BEST BEST BEST bed time story.. just the moment i picked one paper, my brain stopped functioning and went to deep sleep... beliv it or not.. i didnt even know when wijen went out of the shower O_o' i mean.. given that rina is in her bedroom studying and wijen usually talks loudly, outside rina's room.. it was amazing tat i went to lala land that fast O_o'!



I woke up 1 hour before the designated time (2 o clock).. n went back to study O_o;... n had kinda 'learnt' from my past lessons, that i should not 'overlook' any concepts.. at least must know what it is about la.... so i logged in to watch lecture webcast at 1am in the dawn of the exam... yay!!! aint it cool XD



At 4, i finally went back to sleep coz i felt kinda 'confident' .. the 3 alarm clock didnt really do their job properly.. i was supposed to wake up at 5... n then 6.... n then last, 6.30.... i ended up waking up at 7 O_o; 1/2 hour to get ready n cao... O_o'!



Eniweiz i was kinda in a hurry.. but luckily, i kinda 'forecast' this thing would happen that i have everything i need in my bag already XD..



oh i had one sms that I read upon me waking up at 1am.. "Trust in the Lord with ALL ur heart, and lean NOT on ur own understanding. In all ur ways, acknowledge Him and he'll make ur paths STRAIGHT" ~ prov 3:5-6.. which i think, it kinda motivate me to really study well that 3 short hours... =p

Fast forward..



Just before the exam, as usual, we had the prayer session... n thx to that, we are all reminded again, that good/bad.. it's all for God's glory.. we only need to do our best and let God do the rest... thx God =]


N j u s t the last minutes before exam, moja had to destroy my confidence by toking some alien things O_o'... n someone (duncie or yongky) was saying 'ITU GA MASUK TAU!' phew =p Hahaa



Oh yes... the exam paper.. =] as i said, it is 80% similar to the previous year's papers.. so i hope im doing ok.. =] it was really first time that i had enough time, reading the whole paper again and again and again to make sure all calculation was done correctly... *theory questions, duno leh... i anyhow say O_o*..



Upon paper collection, the guy behind me commented 'this is the first time i do exam very happy' XD true enough =] there's more percentage of me being able to do it than not being able to do it.. which, usually is not the case =] so yea.. thx God for this =]



lunch time, we walked towards canteen A.. the NEW canteen A.. which is like the place just beside plaza singapure... imagine this...!! the new batch coming in, would be pampered with a larger range of foodies during lunch time!!! there's a new, air cond-ed food court, along with SUBWAY, OLD CHANG KEE and CANADIAN PIZZA... O_o'!!! just opposite of that, there is this bistro *with v cheap pricing!! whew*.. n sakae sushi ^_^;;;



We settled on sakae =p n we insisted to sit on the hm... i duno how to explain it.. platform? or wadever? n they're like 'oh ok.. but u have to change ur shoes into slippers..' n these slippers were bright green sakae froggies... XD sooooooo cutee.... like this:

Well it was certainly a 'happy' first day of exam =p hahaa... most of us would have 'nothing' until end of april.. so.. really.. maybe this semester is really a blessing XD haha.. eniweiz.. gota think positively till the end of exams.. i hope to put off the 'procrastinating' attitude of mine O_o'!

I just came home to sleep O_o' but one of my fren is coming over for a chat =p haha.. so.. ya.. i guess im gona delay studying for "engineers n society" to... tonight? ^_^;;

Oh yea.. when i reached home, i had encouraging messages from u guys... ^_^v thx yoo... =] will definitely jia you till the end =] cheers..... For those having exams,... u too.. jia you!! last lap!!
