today..........

my sister has gone for her mission trip this morning.... well.. my activity today starts so darn early 5.00 AM!!!! my my... know wad?? coz my dad forced me to go jogging with him! O_o' this time round, only me, my bro n my dad... hehe... we all run at our own pace our own time... my dad usually slow jog around the whole complex... my bro will run.... while me?? walk-run-walk-run the TRACK.. hehe... well itz not exactly those boring, elipse track... itz a nice pathway round the old-forgotten monumen (how to say it in english?) called 'tugu lautan api'.. itz refurbished, redecorated, reconstructed replanted... u get the idea... itz brand new pretty n clean place with plenty of flowers and fresh air... but thennnnnn going there at 5am to sweat is really something else -_-'

dad forced me to go coz i fell sick few days ago... he TOO fell sick a few days b4 me.. n once he quite recovered, he went jogging n the effect was GREAT.. so he tried to implement this 'remedy' to me... dragging me out of my sweet bed :'(.... well itz not that bad... after the run i can buy loadza fooddddd hehehe... cheap cheap cheappppppp (^_^)v from porridge, taw-kway, fried bee-hoon, kway teow, all kinds of mix dishes, nasi tim, fried tofu, loadza loadza things there... cheap cheap cheapppppppppppppppppppp!!!!!! heuairhoeiawurhauih well i dun BUY that many.. coz after the run, i usually lost all my appetite -_-' not ALL lagh... ok... ok i know... wrong word... ENIWEIIIII

went home at around 7, n helped my sis to double check her checklist... she could only bring a luggage and a bag-pack.. tho itz not that full, itz quite heavy.... haizz... thinking how small my sis is and how heavy the luggage is...... haiz... wadeva... she got few people to ask help from (hopefully...)

my sis went to Makasar (south celebes if im not wrong ^_^;) for a choir mission trip.. 5 days 4 nights... they'll be performing the package on 'THE WITNESS' that tells story on Jesus' days on earth... other days, they'll be performing on the church services, singing usual but improvised hymns, and the other day, they'll be singing KKR (kebaktian kebangkitan rohani) and on the last day, they'll be going to an island for expedition... sounds fun?? i thought so!!! ^_^

i saw their full-dress rehearsal for the witness package.. they wear very super old own clothings and sarong... they call the 'uniform' PAKAIAN KAMPUNG... itz really those ugly fading colours and samping, barefooted, farmer's hatz.... haha.. but i tink they are really good!! i muz applaud the whole team for putting such a great effort on their mission... they all were happy when the song is happy, solemn when the song is solemn, and crying faces when the song is heart-wrenching.... they've got funny props too..!! fish rod, paper fishes.., paper stones... those ugly handkerchief.... hehehe....

eniwei... the story is about disciples of Jesus, telling others what they WITNESS about Jesus... one song, asking people to 'reborn' or 'rebirth', another calling people to be 'fisherman of man' (isit correct? indo : penjala manusia)... another is about Jesus' grand entry to Jerusalem on Palm Sunday, another showing how mary, jesus' mother, was crying so sadly when she knows Jesus was crucified n dead.. another one, showing how happy family, John n Jacob, were called to be his disciples.... loadza things happen in the story... the mood changes from one song to the others... they could handle the mood and expression quite well....

there's one song, about Judas, the 'traitor' who surrendered Jesus to the High Priest to be crucified, singing his regrets and confession, that he has sold wrong people, hence, throwing back the silver and gold he received in exchange of jesus... saying that those things are wrong, for wrong person..... the soloist, as Judas, is alxner... sbas...remember him?? haha.. he's good u know.. his voice sounds really husky, scared, n juz................. JUDAS.... haha :)

one of the last song is repetition the the song 'rebirth'... to touch people's heart... last song, the first row of the choir will go to the audience n they'll sing at the isles and would touch the audience, n SING to them... pretty good idea of outreaching right?? hehe... i was there as audience but they dun dare to touch me... (as the only audience) heauwriheorhawpiurawhrua eniwei.... i wish i was at Makasar to watch them... but there will be videos... yay!!!

session on church service, they'll be singing common hymn songs, like HOLY HOLY HOLY... THIS IS MY FATHER'S WORLD, PEOPLE NEED THE LORD, etc etc.. at CHOIR version.. hehe.. cool legh... nana do u want?? i can photocopy for u... u juz hav to change the lyrics to english... hehehe....

the session on KKR, i, saw them too... last sunday, when i brought my fren to church... yeapz.. THAT fren i hav been praying for... hehe... all the choir members stood at the altar as singers, wearing multiple coloured shirts... 4 worship leaders, full band (erhm.. fake drums.... they use keyboards) n praise n worship songs!!!! bery bery cool ones! hehehe... this time, i was really MOVED by them...!! they all sing like they were born to sing... all bright faces, very full-hearted voices lifted up high and loudly reached to us, audience... their movement, simple but they put their soul into it... so that we could really SEE something from the movement... haha.. sounds impossible?? but itz true! ^_^

well.. juz wanna wish her to reach to as many people in Makasar as possible, n come back to bdg safely, with handful of stories to share with me..... hehe.... all d bez sis!!!

one more news... my bro got into ITB... hehe.. THE university in bandung... he also got into Maranatha (DUH!) eniwei... he was having some doubts about accepting ITB coz majority of the uni population is indoz... n somehow, rumours hav it, that chinese-indoz would get cornered and squashed there... but after few advices and tilting angles to see the situation, he finally decides to accept it... .YAYYYY another reason to celebrate!!! ^_^ congratz bro!!!!
