my tooth...

New entry after vacuuming a few weeks... n here it go.... (lets start with sunday)

Sunday, before church, me n marlin went to le meridien for the 2nd time to eat the superb thai food... n it was REALLY yummie....!! the kind of yummi-ness that makes your tongue wiggle each time you thought of the food.. it was super spicy... sour... n to put it simply, MARVELOUS!

It was really THAT yummie (for you who eats a little spicy n sour stuff) n the dessert.... HEAVENLY!!!!!.... eniweiz... *see? side tracking*... it was really THAT yummie.. that it makes me persuaded... insisted... and BEGGED marlin to come back there for dinner instead of the initial plan to go home and cook...

So we went there again for dinner XD... for a different menu, of course... but too bad.. dessert was sold out.. couldnt dabao anything for Rina... So we dabao donuts... it was yummie too! its like jco.. =] too bad they dont have the glazy one...

That night, i went to bed... woke up in the middle of the night, feeling that my throat was burnt... i quickly drank alot alot alot of water... i know the symptoms of sore throat... n gulped down 1/2 bottle of my magic medicine, n back to sleep...

The morning... i lost my voice.. it was hoarse.. n it was DARN painful to drink water.. but i drank, eniwei... i needed porridge... so i asked marlin (who thankfullyyyyy skipped her lesson that morning) to accompany me to market to buy me porridge... *gota ask her to buy the porridge for me.. as my voice only sounded like whisper..*... n she was joking with me that only THIS time that my voice sounds sexy.. idiotic marlin!! XD

The next morning.. i gained my voice back.. but this time.. my nose that gave problem.. kept on sneezing and there was a slight fever... BUT.. i felt OKAY!! u know wad i mean? monday, true that i cant gulp things down.. but my body feels okay.. just that I was irritated with the throat.. n the 2nd day.. my throat feels much better only a little pain when I gallop water.. but my i had slight fever and flue.. BUT.. i dun feel my body is weak like how u usually feels when you r sick...

when i went home, i drank flu medicine this time =.=;.. eniweiz.. i told marlin that it might be my wisdom tooth that is causing problem O_o' coz it happened one or two years ago.. that i had terrible sore throat.. n also my teeth felt damn bloody painful.. when i went to the dentist, she said that's the sore throat that's causing the 'sleeping' wisdom tooth to react.. n eversince, she told me to beware of sore throat... that's y u see me very scared of sore throat.. that's y i always kept my magic medicine for sore throat.. coz i CANT afford to get sore throat... *cough is fine, btw... weird hor O_o;*

This morning, my swallowing is still painful but only 1/2 of the throat is painful... i needed to meet wihu for neural lab early in the morning.. but i cant make myself go to school.. coz iv already planned to 'walk past' medical centre first... but part of me is scared.. BIG part of me.. is quite scared.. what if they ask me to extract the wisdom tooth? XD after so many people told me the horrible stories.... After seeing hany's swollen cheek posted on nana's blog... but i made up my mind eniweiz..

Dowan to be annoyed by a stupid tooth... waited for a painful 1 hour plus before im asked to go into the room.. Eniweiz.. i think the dentist is v busy.. he got appointment.. non-stop.. i was only waiting for 2 people.. with one person inside the room at the time i came.. but when i sat down, 2 more people came.. n they were called before me becoz they had THE appointment.. n when one girl came to make appointment, she was told that he is fully booked... woOpZ... thx for making time for me, doc XD

Then i was called into the room and sat at one chair.. while another person in the waiting room was asked to sit on another chair... n yea.. the doctor examined him first.. but he was kind.. he talked to me.. asking me standard questions: which country u r from? which part of indonesia u r from? XD XD n he told story *while still examining the other guy* that one of his patients always send him cakes from prima rasa or ny.Liem *is that a hint for me that he wants those cakes?* XD XD he also asked what makes me come to his dental surgery room *i juz realize its called dental surgery room..* not the usual 'consultation room'... sobz..

Then... the moment has come.. he came to examined my tooth.. n he said 'OU.... poor thing.. u must have endured such a torture these few days...' then he went on explaining wad happened to my wisdom tooh.... *the same explanation from my indo dentist.... ur jaw is too small.. there's no room for ur wisdom tooth to grow..* n so apparently each time i opened my mouth.. there's some friction between my upper gum and the 'mouth wall', creating ulcer.. n from there.. 'heat' is created n *WADEVER..*... bottom line... ALL my sickness is due to this stupid so-called WISDOM tooth... damn..

so.. i asked him wad will happen? he said 'only 1 way...' i was already terrorized.. but i said -hoping-that-he-would-say-no 'operation?'... YUP.... n he was getting busy.. the nurse is getting busy... i asked 'how soon must it be operated'? he said 'now...?' XD

At this point, there's another guy being asked to sit at the other chair.. n he 'sat up and looked at me... not saying anything'..... im also speechless leh....... oh no! my cousin this morning told me 'better save the operation till u finished ur exams...' n i was already adding to my head 'if i really need to operate it... better save it after 8th december' XD.. so i tried to bargain with him.. saying 'wad abt after exams?' n he said 'oh yes.... u hav exams... if we dont do it now, it'll continue to bother you.. n it'll affect ur exams, wont it?' =.= =.= =.= =.=;;

So there u go.. nata is being brave enough to carry on with the operation after some more convincing words from the dentist... then he said 'it wont be painful *referng to the extraction*... he gave me 2 dose of anaesthetic *is this how u spell it*.. n he said.. u will feel ur tooth moving.. but wont feel any pain... if its painful.. if there IS any pain at all..., just raise your hand...

The moment he asked me to open my mouth, i was sooo scared.. then he laughed n said 'sejuk tak?' n he touched my hand.. n said 'wah.. sejuk sangat!! dont be scared lah... itz not painful..' n when i asked how long wld this take, he confidently said 15mins..... eniweiz.. cant do anything else.. i let him and God take care of me.. n my tooth XD..

He did some movement inside my mouth... n i felt that his 'tang-duno how to say this in english' cant do the job... felt some rustling of his shirt... *eniweiz.. i was too scared that i closed my eyes... woopz*... then he, being a good doctor, kept talking to me... 'do u have aircon in bandung?' when i shook my head, he asked 'then do u need heater?' XD XD.. then he went on asking 'stupid questions'... 'must u put on blankets when you sleep in bandung?' XD XD XD... n i heard him saying 'scissors...' n the nurse brought the scissors with a looongggg black thread to me... *shudder..* n soon... he said 'ill let u kumur2 okay?'..... n when i sat up... one tooth (perfect tooth).. lying with *much less blood than i suspected*... n yea.. not so much blood in his hands too O_o'... when i kumur2..... i almost vomitted O_o' all blood... the operation is done.. its DONE????? its DONE!!!!!

Cool.... but everything comes back to me.. reality... neural lab.. parallel lab.. neural presentation.. exams less than 2 weeks.... n i heard the dentist said 'ill give you 2 days MC, okay?' MC?!!!! wad abt my projects??? n he said 'go home n hav a rest today, ok? dun hang around in school'... er... okay..... i asked him about how some people will have headaches.. fever, etc.. n he said 'if u follow my instructions carefully, u will be fine after 2 days...... alright..... ill keep ur word, doctor... Oh well.. the other guy on the other dentist chair talked about his experience with HIS wisdom tooth.. but i was too blur to listen to any of it XD XD...

Anyway... i was already cursing the le meridien thai food for causing all these troubles.. *despite being such a delicious ones....* ... but it turned out that God gave me such a niceeeeeeee... finneeeee foood for my 'last meal' before the operation XD XD XD...

*this is not a boot-licking session okay! i mean it mean it mean it!*

And ofcourse.. He gave me personal nanny to take care of my food stuff.. XD outside this room, i have sofffftttesssttt porridge uve ever seen... XD eniweiz.. ive been drinking milk ONLY.. n nt taking any food *lemes... tapi bkln jadi bayi sehat negh gw* XD

needless to say, thx for Rina too.. she's been kind kind kind housemate to me.. buying me 'soft stuff just now when she came home after knowing the tooth extraction from marlin XD... =] n ofcoz.. my project mates.. sorry if i cant do much O_o' wihu n venny.. i still do something.. bt wldnt be able to be there.. to at least be a moral booster for them XD... gomene...



But personally, i think this incident has brought alot of realization to me.... huehuee.. n ofcoz, i thank God for that.. =] its been a while since i 'thank God'... =] but really.. this time i felt that if its not for Him, who have planned evrything well... =] if the tooth bothers me next week.. itll be a the most 'damning' thing... wldnt it XD... n anyway... =] Thank God.. =]
