holiday!!

it's holiday.. and i set my alarm...... =p coz i had a date with my cousins to wild wild wet... true enough, i woke up and being AWAKE like im going to office... but this time, must queue for toilet =.=; apparently the guests know that it's holiday today.. and that we're not gonna need urgent use of the toilet... =.=;



To my surprise and 'relief', when i messaged my cous (after bathing), they said they're going for breakfast first! n that they're gonna take train.. oh yea... so i got plenty of time.. hehee.. resisted the temptation of drinking coffee, mainly becoz the hot water is in the kitchen.. and the guests were busy cooking something that smells good (ada wangi ma-you that can makes me drool over the food!).... so i went down to the coffee shop... so i wanted to buy old chang kee breakfast (bet u guys never had their beehoon before!! wake up early lah guys!!).. but then, when i walked passed the coffee shop, i saw them selling beehoon as well! so.. i tried them... n it was SUPER NICE!!! the beehoon is soft... and not too dry.... and it was tasty!! my gosh!! so-easily-diverted-loyalty hor XD!! ill b eating that for breakfast for the next few weekends i have in kallang la XD



Cut story short, i managed to get to downtown east shortly after my cous got tix.. *i didnt plan to swim anyway*... n well.. the mood was quite... erhm..... 'not-too-happy' this morning =p i went to bring my aunt around whitesand while she was telling me the story behind the 'not-too-happy' morning XD... well... i think it's true when they say 'shopping is a remedy' becoz she turned 'happier' after shopping XD



Well.. i seriously think, the ladies on my father's side is REALLY good in shopping!! within few hours we spent at whitesand *u guys know how small whitesand is* she dug out rare jewels and did quite a bit of shopping already!! then, since wild wild wet is a place where you could spend a whole day there, i suggested that we moved to town area...



Went to PS.. and my aunt was REALLY shopping there XD XD all the while she was thinking whether those stuff can fit into her luggage or not =p n the brilliant idea dawned.... she makes purchases now, I bring those stuff back to indo next time i go back.. this thing ALWAYS happens when my mum and my 1st aunt is in singapore... they kinda forget themselves and just buy buy buy buy buy and buy... and finally, when packing.. they'll say 'oh no.. cannot fit....' *grab another empty luggage*..... n then 'erhm... chinx... can u help me bring this back the next time u go back?' smart hor!!



Well this aunt of mine never had the privilege to 'titip' me as often as my 1st aunt.. so i said it's ok.. XD so she bought the bag... and the lady said that if the purchase sums to $$$ can get free gifts.... so she was really determined to get the free gifts... XD she did that in 3 shops okay!! haha.. 'kemakan hadiah' XD



then the similarity between the ladies on my father's side of the family: They LOVE accessories........ my 2nd aunt bought quite abit of accessories, which i dun think she'll have enough time to wear them until her next visit to singapore *which then she'll buy MORe accessories*=p but anyway.. she was like 'trying' those clips on my head... on my hair!! n said 'looks good on you' XD XD so thatz it.... they're mine =p



Then... she was saying that the girls on the next generation (me, her daughter and my sister) are ALIKE.. we dont like to dress up XD no (or minimum) make up, hassle-free (or rather.. ESSENTIAL) accessories and very very comfortable clothing.... n i was adding silently "all of us prefer to spend our $ on food XD"... true lah... all of us like to go gaga over people wearing this and thats.. and say 'ehhh lucu... eh cakeepppp!!' but will never be able to imagine ourselves wearing those things XD



Then she gave me some lecture on being A GIRL... =p well.. sometimes her mind wanders to this morning's incident... and then she was pretty 'angry' with my cousin lagh... n becoz my cous is the type yang ga suka di 'dandanin' XD so she was saying 'Chinx! sama gugu di dandanin ya!' XD XD it was so funny becoz it wasnt a question.. it was a statement.. n i was like 'no no no'.. even my own mother pulls her hair when she tries to convince me buy clothes =p she asked me to try on maybe 5/6 clothes O_o; went in to the fitting room with ME n SHE was the one deciding to buy or not to buy..



Let me tell you her style... "flaunt your assets even if you dont really have it" XD.... she got me to try on a rather low cut blouse which is not-really-revealing-but-reveals-enough-even-without-you-bending-down... n then some short dresses *which could still be paired with leggings segh.. but truthfully.. i dun really want short dresses T.T i havent even gotten the change to wear the two dresses i got (1 frm my mum 1 frm marlin)*... and since i was wearing shorts just now, she got me to try shorts as well...



Finally, decided on 3 things O_o; which thankfully, i managed to take the low cut thing out of the shopping bag... phew......... at least i convinced her to buy 'my-type' of clothings... hehee... thx auntie!! thx a bunch.... ill flaunt my assets one day when i am required to XD



there's still more to say about the day.. but im tired lah.. tomorrow got to work T.T gd nite lah hor...
