end of weekend..

Weekend, as expected, breezed through too fast... too furious...

I spent half of my time at home, reviewing servers architecture.. (sounds tough).. and today, i had a fun day.. =] Went to church, (was going for choir.. but due to unforseen circumstances, i had to cancel it.. huhuhu)... n then Went to see the apartment in chinatown for the days my parents are here.... anyway.. the place is pretty old.. the lift takes forever to reach the 15th floor.. and the 'studio' that I saw, was not the kind of 'studio' I had in mind XD..

Anyway.. Afterward, i went to orchard to check out the prices in lucky plaza and the cheaper hotels... then, i was to meet john sim at funan coz he promised to accompany me to buy camera.. hohoo... n the stupid thing happened.. i smsed Ong as i was walking towards my bus stop, just to check where she is..

But.. i forgot to check the handphone BEFORE i boarded the bus =.=;... so ya.. when i was sitting on the bus, the sms from ong was "gwa di taka" masa alah!! so, i alighted at the next bus stop, which is at LE MERIDIEN o_O' n walked backwards to taka... i wasted my 1 bus trip =.=;

but anyway, i got my recovery cd!! i will try it tomorrow on my comp... keep fingers cross, it should work......... ANYWAY again, Ong was cruel enough to point out the 'DETAILS' of the receipt... she was saying 'Nat, the recovery CD actually cost only $3 bhow!... tapi administration feenya $79... MWAHAHAHAHA'... jleb... sebel d ama fujitsu =.=; why charge so EX!! damit..

Finally, I headed to funan... and began to search for camera models... Thank God that Sim knows a thing or two about camera XD.. we managed to sort out a few types.. and finally, to one brand... Olympus...

One shop was actually super nice.. he was very friendly and told us about everything and anything.. The camera he offered was the cheaper one... he even said that there's no point buying a 'better camera' when this is already sufficient... well... so from there on, it made out quest for camera much easier

And that was our turning point XD... from searching for the right CAMERA to searching for the right COLOUR XD XD XD... come on... knowing me... if you were given a few choices of colour: silver, black, pink and blue.. which one would i get? XD

HEy i know what you were thinking... I was thinking of pink, btw mwaahhahaa.. serious! because the pink that I saw previously was a v soft pink... but then.. it turned out that this model, dont have that soft pink colour XD... so, i chose blue.. =p (not that i didnt try to look for other colour loch!)

Then, we headed for changi airport to meet my old fren, wilsen, who apparently came on transit.. n someone only sim knew about it XD... qkho came along also.... n we were introduced to wilsen's gf (soon to get married, i suppose, from the conversation).. haha.. anyway.. he was saying that me n qkho dont change... (qkho change ~ hair-wise).. whereas i still look the same.. geez.. i duno wad to say to that... XD should i start changing now? ive been having this 'u look younger than you are' look from everyone O_o' N worse, some people just refused to believe that I am ancient..., to the extent 'show me ur ID' XDXDXD dodolz..

After saying farewell, the three of us headed to marine parade... we ate at the hawker just outside Parkway... IT'S BEEN A LOOOONNNNGGGG TIMMMMEEEEE hahaa..... anyway the place has not changed THAT MUCH like how qkho n sim were saying... it was like 'back to the past' feeling for me XD...

Afterward, they accompanied me to popular *it's still at the old spot! believe it or not!* n i was commenting 'where is the NTUC?' n 'what was the NTUC building before it was built?' n qkho n sim started to 'talk back' to me 'wahlew how long have u been in the west man! u know the library was torn down long time ago!'.... yea man.. it was library!! hahaa... i forgot about it already....

Too bad we didnt get to go to parkway... sobz.. maybe one day.. since there's direct bus from my house =p haha... one thing for sure, IT'S GOOD TO BE BACK TO THE EAST!! haha..

Sim was already giving 'iming iming' throughout our journey to changi airport.. he was saying that they all meet up for dinner often lah... or about eleta calling them to have coffee at gelare (siglap) lah... (anyway FYI, yg ga pernah tinggal di east, siglap is THE place for hanging out... the atmostphere is almost 'not like singapore' back then, n since Rina was saying that she fell in love with Siglap the first day she went there, i believe it still is a nice place to hangout) that they always host mahjong session lah... n that josh & tony drive now, n that they can fetch us to supper lah..... or shuhli always go cycle at east coast lah.... geez.. exciting!!!!!!!! ^_^v

Now, im curretly ironing my clothes... really.. i type one or two sentence, and then change the iron position... n then back to blogging, n then change the iron position XD XD.. it's good to multi-task =p hahaha.... ok lah.. i will be back for more...! =p
