happy week ^_^v

This is the first week of my 'break' XD.... as in.. japanese class 'semesteral' break....



N well.. usually, mon n wed are quite taxing.. that tuesday n thurs i'd be 'dead' at home.. n friday, as usual, either i need the well deserved break by going home n slack.. or going crazy with some friends.... anyway... main point is, i dont usually go out on weekdays....



But this week was special.... O_o'



Sunday.. went to meet my friend who just came from indo.. afterward, went for present hunting with qkho *n not to mention we missed the 6 o clock church.. woopz!* haha..! anyway.. we went to the new mall just beside somerset mrt... n they have this nice, spacious lobby with few AVAILABLE sofas.. whew... as u have guessed, we spent quite a long time on the sofa.. wakakaka!!! basically, we just walked aimlessly lah.... from orchard - far east - orchard - lucky plaza - heeren - somerset - heeren - john little - cuppage....



Anyway, by the time we reached cuppage was already 9-ish... and we hadnt had our dinner XD... we headed for cuppage because we wanted to eat 'cheap' kopitiam food, which i thought was still there *the one that used to have "my bakmi"* to my horror, it was already converted to posh cafes..... all the stretch of them... sadz!!!



So we walked the other side of the cuppage terrace.... n i was telling qkho that im going to watch my diet from now on.. due to the stupid report from the medical checkup that i WILL likely to have hypertension (is it ah? i 4got lah.. pokoke, my cholesterol is borderline mediumhigh to high... as in 4 out of 5 range!!)



So ya... no porky pork for me that day....... eniweiz, back to cuppage terrace, we walked on the other side of the cuppage terrace, where cuppage plaza is... n passed by this tiny little resto that sells okonomiyaki.. ^_^v



N surprisingly qkho said we can eat there.. haha! wasnt planning to eat there, tho... but anyway, when i was looking at the menu outside, the people inside was smiling to us... and so.. we kinda 'obliged' to smile back.... n well.. since qkho said we can eat there, we asked whether they're still taking order... n the okami (resto owner), was very welcoming.. hehee



Surprise surprise.... the okami was real japanese bhow =p... n her resto was interesting in its own way... it was small, tidy, *dag dug alias sempit*... with alot of japanese osake on the display... 1 big TV showing the erhm... some japanese TV show.... and lots lots lots lots of jpnese magazines... HOHO!!!!



we shared the okonomiyaki which size is smaller than personal pan pizza.... *see? i told u im gonna watch my diet*... but it was prawn okonomiyaki lah ^_^;;;... but okonomiyaki got alot of cabbage wadd.... *trying to argue here*... eniweiz, it took quite long for our food to be served.. but I wasnt disapointed =] she cooked real well........ YUMMZZZ.... =]



The guests that come after us were all japanese... got 1 of them whom okami sat with him when he was having his meal... I like it..! coz it's like u come to a 'home' rather than a 'restaurant' kind of feeling, where ur mum comes and talk to you XD wakakaka.. okiez.. the guy wasnt that young lah.. but okami was older definitely...



Then, the resto staff came out.. it was surprising coz he looks like abang2 jakarta O_o so dark XD he also sat by the okyakusama (guest).... n when me n qkho were about to leave, 2 more jpnese came to the resto for a drink.. they all watched the TV show, which is more like ninja warrior rather than a 'tv show' XD... but i guess it's the companion that matters, ne?!



Monday, went to meet my fren again.... which drained quite a lot of energy also :s..... went from my office - fulerton - merlion - esplanade - suntect - city link - take bus to clarkequay - finally to central... phew..................................... anyway.... again, we had late dinner.. 9-ish also XD i was having this 'sore throat' that day.. so i took 'non spicy' food... ordered soba at waraku... hoho!! soba bhow soba!!



Qkho had her tofu salad... geez..... oh yakh!! she is on 'blood type' diet lah... so first 3 days, she can only eat grassss..... :s anyway.. she didnt say anything when i ordered my soba.. but when i was having my soba.. she said 'wah.. no meat leh'... wahlewwww.... didnt tell me earlier O_O'! but ok lagh... so.. 2 days of 'healthy' dinner...



K... tat was the end of my healthy dinner XD... tuesday went to eat crab at the good old choa chu kang with marlin XD... super yummiez..... 5 of us, 3 big fat crabz... simply shiokz!!! I tried to 'remove' a little of my guilt by ordering kacang panjang.. but well.. haha! wldnt help much lah hor... XD....



Wed.. went for K-ok at the cash studio at cuppage XD... Nana was asking me whether i will be able to make it if she book 7 pm XD... n i was like .... 'erhm........ cannot confirm lehhh' XD..... true enough, things always happened the moment u THINK u can go home..... :s my dear client *u know who* made some more arguments about this n thats.... ...



Nyaway, managed to reach somerset by 7.30-ish...... n found the cuppage plazaaaa... which, coincidently, was the place where i had okonomiyaki few days earlier =p i like that place better!! heheeee..... v huge bhow... oh.. they even have those 'instruments' aka.. the tamborine.. and all that stuff XD interesting... and well.. the DAM machine was updated one!! weeeheeeeee... not that i can sing alot of songs, tho.. hehe... the highlight of the night was when nana chose a korean song, from 'korean book' and when the song was played, on top of EACH korean characters, there were JAPANESE characters.... XD n she sang based on thsoe JAPANESE characters XD.. i find it v funny!!! XD



Today, went with my NTU friends.... i was resenting when venny emailed to organize gathering on weekdays... i mean.. i undersand they wanna spend their weekends with their 'other halves'... but well.. weekdays is pretty hard, ne? especially for people like us, whom working time is never fixed......... but anyway... since i had no japanese this week, i replied 'YES!' XD...



Today I had something to do...*YAY!!*.... but, the method of audit was different!! tatz y it took ages to finish it :( n my senior was already super worried that we wont be able to finish them by tomorrow :( n i will definitely feel bad for him if I cant deliver it to him by tomorrow...... after all, he was the one who gave me all the charge hours, ne?!! so, i tried to finish as much as i could today... n i promised venny to leave by 7..., which, i kinda.... keep lah.. i left at 7.10.. hehe...



The moment i went out of the elevator, i realized i forgot my wallet.... n after i came back to the elevator, i realized i forgot to bring my medication =.=; wadahel! XD



So.. anyway... went to meet them at about 8-ish.. and it was only a few of us... and well... even tho the day was long in office, i was happy to meet them =] when was the last time we meet? NOVEMBER!! DAMN LONG AGO LOR.... XD n ofcoz, with moja around, we gossipppppppped alot =p hihi..... and well.. he has personal hatred towards auditors... wakakaka n each time he talked about his auditors, he will give that look towards me... ME?? im a v nice auditor u know wakakaka...



We were like trying to catch up with each other as much as we could.. to fill in the gaps for those times we have not seen each other.. and surely, it was interesting to hear their stories.. really.. everyone has their own paths..... and im proud of them for who they have become.. *weeheee i sound like a wise old woman!*.... haha but really lah... maybe unknowingly, this past 1 year has changed us, character-wise, the way we see the world, the way we see each other... and the way we see our friendship.....



So, closing note, IT WAS A BUSY WEEK!!!! n im LOVING IT!!!!!! heuheuheuheuheuheuheue.... tomorrow is weeeekkkeeennnndddddd.....!!!! It was a busy week at work = good!!! i dun need to think too hard to account for the 'lost' hours tomorrow.. heheee......
