2 days to xmas!!! ^_^

hi ho!!! itz xmas time!!!!!! finally itz time to sing.... O holy nightttttttttttt heehehhee... tomorrow is the 'praise n worship night' in my church... my sis gona be in the choir n she's gona sing solo... ive not heard her sing the song b4.. im gona video-cam her.. hehe she didnt agree.. but i insist.. ofcoz!! i wanted to try my new program... :D :D :D

ow ive read finished angels n demons by dan brown... :D that book is GREAT!!! a quick review about the book, an 'illuminati' brotherhood is 'supposedly' to be the evil one in the book.. the camerlengo of a just-passed-away priest took over the charge of the vatican city on itz very historical day, the conclave... thus, robert langdon and a science lady whose dad, a priest cum a scientist, was murdered previously during the day.... the two of them had to find the canister of anti-matter within 6 hours... this book is page turning and very CHIM!! but this is really a book worth reading... :D this book is about the war between science n religion and portray how humans are really weak and divided within their ownself... my fav quote by the camerlengo : Science may have alleviated the miseries of disease and drudgery and provided an array of gadgetry for our entertainment and convenience, but it has left us in a world without wonder. Our sunsets have been reduced to wavelengths and frequencies. The complexities of the universe have been shredded into mathematical equations. Even our self-worth as human beings has been destroyed. Science proclaimes that Planet Earth and its inhabitants are a meaningless speck in the grand scheme. A cosmic accident. i think he is really a great writer who has done his homework (research to the core) b4 writing his books.... his books open my eyes to more things around me... examples : have u ever KNOWN that leonardo davinci's monalisa is becoz she/he is hiding a greater secret than what people think, that monalisa smile is popular bcoz itz a smile in sorrow? itz becoz leonardo da vinci is painting himself.. yupz.. himself as a woman... the geometry of monalisa's angular face is symmetrical to da vinci's...

this particular book, angels and demons, portrays the church and the science as 2 different world, true enough, this two issues have never found a common ground.. angels n demon's introdution is about a priest, who's also a well-known scientist, trying to PROVE to the blind humans that God does exist... as humans' frail faith says : seeing is believing, so this priest invented an anti-matter, the opposite of anti-matter which proves the genesis, that out of nothing, God created this world... the journey began when the canister containing the anti-matter large enough to explode the whole vatican city is stolen by 'illuminatus' :D well for more details you could read the book urself ya? :D

Sailing along the pages, i conclude that science is really merely to find the purpose and reason why we are here in this world... i do agree with the camerlengo however, that we should not put science and religion together.. religion colours our world with wonders why the sky is blue.. why babies are born.. why we laugh or cry... on the other hand, science, EXPLAINS why the sky is blue... why babies are born... i remember when i was young, i alwiz think that babies are miracle of God... however, as we get older, education teaches us that we are created BIOLOGICALLY.. -_-' what happen to a little girl who is full of awe about this world?! who do we turn to when weve got problems? i stil do seek God (shameful isnt it? only seek Him when i need something) but more and more people do NOT even think He is there to lend a listening ear or open arms or a shoulder to cry on and to comfort us... isnt it true that when we look at the sky we dont say 'WOWW'' enimore?? what the camerlengo said is so true! our world of wonder has been explained too detailed that left us no room to just say a quick prayer of thanksgiving or merely just to appreciate His great work... sad isnt it? but somehow i know tat i CAN separate the 2 issues well.. ^_^ when scientist or historian proves something, inside me rejoices... YAY the bible is proven again... really... a way to make the whole world belives a religion is to prove the truth of scripture to them.. however, there goes again... our world is TOO explained... how can u explain miracle?? how do you explain a man, diagnosed with kidney failure has a brand new kidneys by the next day and never have felt healthier?? that'z something science won't be able to prove, but something to warm our hearts... ^_^ rejoice, all ye faithful! ^_^

well.. letz say that this world makes me realize that really, sometimes religious people alwiz THINK they're the most holy, that PRIESTS are supposed to be holy, a perfect example to other sinners.. oh PUHLEASEEEE the reason we are called humans are becoz we are not perfect... we could never be perfect... we are sinners... no matter how little u sin, u r still called sinners... this book shows how 'holiness' could make people go insane and capable of doing more things and could go real mad.....

eniwei... after reading dan brown, u should really read something that u r happy with.. for me, it'd be comics!!! hehe n ofcoz.. romance books.. :D hehe.. really.. dan brown's mind is too complicated! his twists and turns are unexpected at all! ^_^ two thumbs up!! ^_^ yay! xmas is coming!! Let's prepare ourselves for the birth of our baby saviour who has come, and coming again soon.... ^_^ XMAS is the season of the hearttttt (singin loch! :p) itz time for all of us to share our joy and blessings.... :D xmas is also the time to love..... finaly, silent nightttt holy nighttt all is calm... all is brighttt good night!! ^_^ merry xmas to one and all!!
